Motorised Focus clamps onto freely turnable microscope focus knobs for the automated capture of sequences of partially focussed images. Includes 400 step (0.9degree) stepper motor with 4 concentric nylon clamps to attach to the focus knob of your microscope or specimen stage. the clamp is connected to the stepper motor drive via special flexible coupler. Fits any freely turnable focus knob (ideally a fine focus knob) with a diameter of 5cm or less. The Focus motor is mounted onto an adjustable height and adjustable reach stand. The kit includes stepper motor, flexible coupler, nylon clamping screws mounted in a ring, blue tooth enabled controller unit, 12V 2A power supply, USB cable, stepper motor cable, shutter extension cable, shutter release cable, reverse motor cable and camera control software for PC and Mac.
