GXMZ Monozoom System - Zoom Body 0.68X-4.5X. Other Parts Required

The Compact GXM Monozoom MZ Lens system provides users with the ultimate flexible microscope set-up.  It gives you a huge choice of:

• Magnifications (5X - 2500X)
• Fields of View (2um - 77mm)
• Working Distances (<1mm - 331mm)
• Depth of Focus (>5um-5mm)
• Illumination (coaxial, ringlight, light guides etc)
• Stands (long reach, articulated, pillar, track, XY stages, motorisation etc)

It is ideal for OEMs, industry and researchers.

PICTURES - the first picture shows this zoom body, all others show example configurations which include the zoom body, all the other parts used to construct these configurations are not included in the price.

This item is the Monozoom Zoom Body with a zoom magnification range of 0.68X-4.5X with Detents ~(click-stops) at predefined magnifications ideal for reproducible magnifications for calibrated results . This is the main part of the Monozoom System, it will not function unless the following additional components are added (as a minimum) SEE NECESSARY ACCESSORIES BELOW:

• Camera Coupler (fits above the zoom body) various magnifications are available (0.35X-2X)
• C-mount microscope camera (fits onto the coupler) eg one of our GXCAM range
• Auxiliary low pwer objective (0.3X to 2X range) or a special objective coupler with a High Power Plan Apo microscope Objective (to 100X)

Additionally the following optional accessories are often purchased to complete the system:

• Illumination - choice of ringlights, gooseneck illuminators or coaxial illumination
• Stands - a choice of long reach, articulated, pillar, track, XY stages, motorisation etc
• Iris diaphragm - to control the depth of focus/resolution

The following tables explains what magnifications, working distances and fields of view can be achieved using the monozoom body and a range of low power auxiliary objectives and camera couplers.  The choice of camera and the size of the sensor on the camera will affect the values shown in this table, based on a 0.5X c-mount camera and a 17" display.

If the Infinity Objective Adapter is used higher power, Plan APO wide fit objctives can be added instead of the low power auxiliary objectives to achieve zoom magnifications of up to 2500X
